Vovinam

Step into the essence of Vietnamese martial arts through Vovinam, a discipline shaped by balance, adaptability, and inner strength. This session weaves together hard and soft techniques, blending power with fluidity and strength with grace, inviting you to move with greater awareness and intention.

You will be guided through foundational stances, simple sequences, and khí công inspired practices that build coordination, stability, and a deeper connection to your body. Each movement becomes a way to refine focus, release tension, and return to your natural rhythm.

More than technique, Vovinam offers a pathway to discipline, presence, and clarity, both in practice and in daily life.

All levels welcome.
